Excellent location, amazing parking garage steps away from the door. Very close to Marché des capucins, a short walk to the quai and lots of buses and trams. Next door was a bakery for coffee and beautiful croissants and other pastries in the morning.

Close to the station, saves a taxi fare, yet still able to walk to city centre. Spacious suite and the fridge was great for storing wine and cheese. Best of all- delightful staff Carolina and Katia who made our time in Bordeaux so pleasant - very helpful with information such as things to do and restaurants. Also a thank you to Halina and also Nina from housekeeping - these two ladies are also very good at their job. I recommend this sweet place for a trip to lovely Bordeaux.

My stay at Teneo was great. The apartment had everything that we needed, including kitchenware for cooking etc. I stayed at the unit with 1 double and 1 single bed and it had plenty of space. The WiFi was really good, even for videocalls. The place is close to a supermarket, the railway station (but not too close to the point that it gets unpleasant), to the center of the city (about 20 min walk). I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bordeaux!

The staff in this apartment-hotel are very nice and helpful. The hotel has wonderful location where close to the train station, that makes us easy to take day-trips from the train station. The WiFi works OK. The room is clean, quite and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom works well, but it will be nice if If it were brighter.

Firstly, we loved not having to walk too far from the train station and there is a lift. It was very, very plain but clean with good hot water. It had a great view over the rooftops. The staff were always helpful.

Super clean, convenient walking distance from the centre, nice helpful staff, great value. Good supermarket nearby so you can use the kitchenette to make your own breakfast, drinks and snacks. There’s no aircon but the fan was very good - and silent.

Hotel is located very near the train station, bus and tram stops. It is in a walking distance from an old town. Good price, but do not expect luxury - you get what you payed for. I was afraid, that I will not be able to get into the hotel, bacause someone commented that it happened to them when the reception was closed. But all the info for the late arrivals was sent to me by mail and there was no problem whatsoever. I got the code for the doors and second code for the safe where the safe where I found keys to my room. Staff is friendly and helfull and all speak english, which was helpfull as I don't speak french :-)

It was an amazing experience. Really enjoyed my stay there. Staff was super friendly and nice. Were staying 3 adults (sisters) and it was comfortable. We also bought breakfast for every morning and it was so good and price as well. 10€ per person and you could eat from buffet. With this price in the city you could have just bought one coffee and croissant. So breakfastt was so highlighted.

The hotel was good value for money, it was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was everything we needed for a three night stay in Bordeaux.

Overall a great place to stay. There was lots of room for 3 adults and the location was fantastic. Close to all public transport like the main train station and the tram. Lots of supermarkets nearby and the apartment had a small kitchen to prepare food. Was fantastic value.
